I remember this one incident as a child in kindergarden when this girl sat next to me and looked over at the drawing that I was making at the time. She leaned over and said to me that my drawing was the ugliest drawing in the entire classroom because I didn't color inside the lines. Well, you see, today I still follow my rule that I never color inside the lines.
In 2011 I had the opportunity to work with the famous Broadway performer Michael Feinstein's and his foundation as his main photographer promoting the restoration of classical music at the private school of Harvard-Westlake in Los Angeles, California.
In 2015 my department nominated me to display my work in the student exhibition show at the University of Long Beach Art Museum. The video was titled Ten and it was based on the idea and concepts of aesthetics and the male gaze.
